Matproof offers four plans. New signups start a 14-day Professional trial — no credit card required up front. After the trial, you can choose the plan that fits.

The Free plan is intentionally minimal — most signups go straight onto the Professional trial. Free is the safe default for accounts where billing has lapsed or no plan has been chosen.

Trial

Every new organization starts on a 14-day Professional trial with full access to all Professional features. During the trial, a banner counts down the remaining days. If a card isn’t on file when the trial ends, the organization is paused and prompted to upgrade — no data is deleted.

Add-Ons

Some features are metered or sold separately on lower tiers:

• Penetration tests — Pay-per-scan tier caps: $100 (Starter),$300 (Professional), unlimited on Enterprise
• Security questionnaires — 5/month (Starter), 50/month (Professional), unlimited (Enterprise)
• Device agent endpoints — Included; volume pricing on Enterprise

Self-Hosting

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I switch plans? Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings > Billing. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer non-profit or startup pricing? Yes, contact [e-mail].

What payment methods do you accept? Credit card via Stripe (all major cards). Enterprise customers can pay by SEPA bank transfer or invoice.

Are prices in USD or EUR? Prices are in EUR. USD-denominated billing is available on request for Enterprise customers.
